Bio:
Matthew A. Lucarelli joined Bershtein Law Center in October 2024 and brings more than 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation matters. His practice focuses on helping individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, dog attacks, and other negligence cases. Throughout his career, he has obtained successful results for injured clients through negotiated settlements, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, always focusing on maximizing recovery while providing personalized, attentive representation.
Attorney Lucarelli earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004 after graduating from Colgate University in 2001. He is also a graduate of Hopkins School in New Haven. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and before the United States Supreme Court.
A respected member of the Connecticut legal community, Attorney Lucarelli is a past President of the Waterbury Bar Association and a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
